NRTG Ticket Policies NRTG Tickets
Seniors & Students
NRTG has special reduced-rate pricing for Senior Citizens and Students.  To qualify as a Senior, the purchaser must be at 55 years of age or older.  Student rates apply to all children 17 years of age and younger and to older students who can present a currently-valid Student ID.
  Special Events
Standard ticket pricing and policies apply only to NRTG's four mainstage performances each season.
They do not apply to fundraisers, benefit concerts, and other special events in which NRTG participates.
Separate tickets must be purchased for such special events—NRTG Season Tickets cannot be used—and different pricing may apply.
Will Call
Tickets that are reserved or purchased in advanced for NRTG performances can be picked up at the box office at the Cardinal O'Hara Performing Arts Center before the performance—right up until curtain time.  The Box Office opens one hour before curtain.
  Returns & Exchanges
Tickets for any NRTG production can be used for any performance of that production, unless otherwise specified.   No need to exchange tickets if you decide to come on a different night.  Tickets cannot be used for a production other than the one for which they were purchased, however.
No Refunds.  Tickets cannot be returned for refund.  Unused tickets may be exchanged during the run of a show for tickets for another NRTG production.  Once the run of a show is completed, tickets for that show cannot be exchanged.

  Season Tickets
Season Tickets can be used at any performance of our four mainstage productions.  There is no need to call to reserve a seat; just come when you choose.
Season Tickets cannot be honored, however, at NRTG Special Events that do not involve one of our four mainstage productions, such as at one of our Benefit Concerts.  Separate Tickets must be purchased for these performances.

  Seating
NRTG does not use reserved, assigned, or numbered seating.  All performances offer only general seating.  Any ticket is good for any seat,  so be sure to come early to get the seat of your choice.
