Curtain Call of unidentified
production during 1949-1950 Season |
|
|
| |
Originally founded in 1923 as
"The Players of Niagara", the Niagara Regional Theatre Guild has now been
producing shows for over 80 years, making it one of the oldest continuously-running
regional theatre companies in New York State. For most of these
years, it operated under the name, "Niagara Falls Little Theatre" (or
NFLT, for short). The group took on its current name in June 2004,
when the Niagara Falls Convention Center begin its renovation to become the
Seneca Niagara Casino and we moved out of Niagara Falls to the Historic Riviera Theatre in North Tonawanda. |

|
Over the years, we have called
at least 17 performance spaces home. We moved into our present
theatre, The Ellicott Creek Playhouse, in Fall 2010. |
|
|
|
|
Along the way, we have leased
multi-purpose space for construction and storage of sets pieces. Our
first was a converted warehouse loft space affectionately called Area 51.
Area 52 followed. Today all our space needs are met in one place --
The Ellicott Creek Playhouse. |
