The Broadway musical based on the timeless Frances Hodgson Burnett story of
an orphaned English girl, taken in by her brooding uncle, who unravels the
secrets of his gloomy manor house. She awakens hope in her invalid
cousin by bringing his mother's neglected garden back to life. There
have been other musical versions of the story, but this is the real thing
with the 1991 Tony award-winning score--a rarely-seen gem of a musical
for adults and children alike. |
