This musical murder mystery, set in 1940's Hollywood won the 1990 Tony Awards for Best Musical, Best Musical Score, and Best Book.  It's a loving send-up of film noir private eye movies of the era with a steamy score by Cy Coleman.  This is an NRTG premiere production (the first of three premieres this season), and one of the first times this musical has been staged in WNY.
